Why I Love Teaching

I love my job and the challenges that come with it. Every day something happens that I have not seen before – it keeps the job interesting! I enjoy getting to know the NES families and watching the kids grow! It’s important to make the difference every day and meet each child where they are.

About Me

I enjoy gardening, cooking, shopping and hanging out with my 2 dogs, my husband, and daughter Zoe. My favorite summertime activity is taking cruises.

From Her Colleagues

Carrie goes above and beyond to take care of our students. She takes care of medications, injuries, and illnesses, but she also looks out for our kids’ well-being. Every holiday season she goes out of her way to organize the purchasing of items needed by our families. Then she is there to distribute the gifts as well. She purchases items for our kids all year!
